Pricing of Items:
OUR PRICES ARE SUBJECT TO CHANGE AS MANUFACTURERS CHANGE PRICES WITHOUT NOTICE.  We follow the manufacturer‘s prices which fluctuate often.

 

Product Availability:
New products may become available and will then be added regularly to our website.  Product availability is subject to stock on hand.

 

Discounts:
Some volume discounts are available.  Please call for further information.

 

Returns:
We accept unopened, unmarked bottles in resalable condition of most products within 60 days of purchase.  We require an authorization number, invoice number, and your name along with reason for return.  A restocking fee may be applicable.  Perishable items are non-returnable.

 

Backorder Policy:
Natural Partners will ship your backorder with NO ADDITIONAL SHIPPING CHARGES as soon as the product becomes available, typically within 7-10 business days.  Backorder products are paid for at the time of shipping and are sent FedEx GROUND.  Expedited shipping is available at an additional charge.  Backorders will be maintained for 15 business days.  If the product is still not available after 15 business days the backorder will be cancelled.
