All orders received and processed before 2:00 p.m. Arizona time will be shipped the same day.  Most wholesale orders are received within 2 working days not including the day the order was placed.  Overnight, 2 day air a.m., or Saturday delivery available at an additional charge.

Wholesale Orders

* FREE delivery for orders of $250.00 or more.
* $9.25 shipping fee for orders from $40.00 to $249.00.
* $6.75 shipping fee for orders of $39.99 or less.
* C.O.D. is an additional $9.00
* Overnight, 2 day air a.m., or Saturday delivery available at an additional charge. 
* A detailed invoice will be sent to you with each shipment.
* Alaska, Hawaii, and Puerto Rico:  An additional handling fee will be applied to the standard shipping rates.

Patient Drop Ship Orders

* $6.75 shipping fee for orders placed via web under $40.00

* $9.25 shipping fee for orders placed via web over $40.00  

* All orders are shipped Ground.  

*An additional charge may apply on orders placed via phone/fax/email/mail.

* Overnight, 2 day air a.m., or Saturday delivery available at an additional charge.   
* Alaska, Hawaii, and Puerto Rico:  A handling fee of $3.00 per order will be applied to the standard shipping rates.
